FAQ # 1

Question:- I don't see a bird displayed after I click on a bird's name. Why?

Answer: - When you run Dawn Chorus I the first time, click on File, click on Setup, and enter the letter that represents your CD drive, and save this information. Your CD must remain in your CD player while using the program.

FAQ # 2

Question: - I receive the following message when I click on the bird's name: "Path not found. Use Setup from main screen and verify data drive is correct. "

Answer: - You need to follow the steps in FAQ # 1 to correct the issue. The program does not know where to find the data used by Dawn Chorus I.

Question: - My PDA locks up when I sync the first time. What do I do?

Answer: - To unlock your PDA, push the reset buttom on the back with a paperclip.and this will allow you to continue to use the PDA but not Dawn Chorus I. This will happen if you have a hi-res unit or Palm OS ver 5. Send an email to address above and we will send you as an attachment with the newest updated BSB Player OR download the bbs_player.zip file below, uncompress it, and execute it. The Palm software will then update your PDA durnng the next sync. The problem. will be resolved.
